It's the perfect solution for businesses that want to set themselves apart from their competitors by creating a system that is unique to them, and designed for maximum efficiency, rather than relying on a commercial system that their direct competitors are likely using too.

With a bespoke system, you are no longer compelled to compromise. The system works around you instead of you working around the system.

We use Laravel as a framework for most of our bespoke systems. 

Using a framework allows us to reduce development time, and costs, by using built-in functions for the most common tasks.

We're DBS checked and registered with the Information Commissioner for data protection. Certificates are available on request.

How much will it cost?

How long is a piece of string? Every system we build is completely unique so costs can vary massively. We'd suggest a minimum investment of £2000

Stand-alone Projects

The first step is to create a scope, this outlines your requirements and allows us to give a fairly accurate quote.

Your requirements will no doubt change during the development process as you, or us, have new ideas. We'll create a change order for each change required. Throughout the development process, we'll ask for feedback.

On smaller systems, we ask for a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% when the system goes live. On larger systems, we'll split the project into phases and invoice when each phase is signed off.

Once the project is live, don't forget to consider ongoing costs such as maintenance, further development, hosting and domain name.

Long-term Plans

Most of our development projects are long term plans. You set a weekly or monthly budget and create a list of needs, wants and wishes. 

Portfolio

Most of the systems we've built use a login to protect private data, it's not possible to share them. They're also not very visually appealing - they're built to do a job as efficiently as possible.
